Yes. We route low-voltage wire through beds and turf on your property instead of cutting across the lane, and we stage equipment so the street is clear and undisturbed when we leave.
How do you handle gated community approvals?
We supply the fixture specs, layout, and finish details your architectural review committee asks for, and we coordinate gate access for our crew ahead of the install date.
Will lakefront lighting glare out over the water?
Not the way we aim it. Fixtures point back toward the house and landscape, dock and seawall light stays low and warm, and beam spread is controlled so the water is not lit up.
Can you light mature oaks without harming the roots?
Yes. We hand-dig near root zones, keep runs shallow and outside the critical root area, and mount canopy downlights with hardware that allows for growth.
Do you offer landscape lighting design as well as installation?
We do both. Every Windermere project starts with a design built from scratch for that property, then our own crew installs it and tunes it after dark.
